Cancellation Policy

Sometimes stuff comes up in your life, and that's ok!

Tiny Spoon Chef’s goal is to make your life a bit easier and more joyful — and we understand. Chefs like time off too!

We kindly request that you give us at least 10-day notice if you need to cancel your next scheduled appointments or discontinue service moving forward. It is never too early to let us know about travel plans or calendar adjustments. Please cancel by emailing team@tinyspoonchef.com.

Cancellations or requests to discontinue service made less than 10 days out from your scheduled service will be charged a $299 cancellation fee.

If you cancel at least 10 days in advance, you’re free to cancel your service, well… for free!

I agree! I am committing to pay for a minimum of 4 visits and I'll let you know about cancellations 10 days before service, so I can cancel for free, or I'll pay the $299 cancellation fee for cancellations closer to my scheduled service.*
