For Amy, a meal is an intimate form of self care.

Amy hails from the very same town as Bon Jovi in New Jersey and grew up in a family where Sunday brunches were a culinary affair with her Italian and Jewish roots battling on the brunch table.

She knows the momentous magic that can be found in homemade Marinara sauce (or gravy if you’re fancy!) and fondly recalls learning how to make homemade pizza in Brooklyn in the family kitchen.

Amy thrives on helping people nourish themselves. She has a background as a personal trainer and is a Registered Dietitian.

When she’s not cultivating happier kitchens across the country,

she can be found running trails and busting-out fresh dance moves with her kids.
