Ashleigh is an artist of balance, harmony and the occasional taste explosion.
She navigates the kitchen with vibrant fresh ingredients as her compass.
Growing up in South Africa, Ashleigh found her love of cooking while making pie crusts with her mother. Out of those meat pies rose a reverence for the culinary arts.
Ashleigh’s has a cult-following for her Moroccan chicken meatballs, she has signed a NDA agreement (😂) with some of her more famous clientele.
She will coax even the pickiest of eaters into eating more veggies.
With years of robust restaurant experience, including time with a Michelin Bib Gourmand, we knew Ashleigh was a perfect fit for Tiny Spoon. The deal was sealed when we learned she named her bird, a Green Cheek Conure; “Rue”.
When not dreaming of her next trip to Thailand, you can find Ashleigh on a beach mulling over SPF choices.
