For Chef Dylan, food isn’t just about flavor, it’s the glue that holds life’s best moments together. From family-packed holidays outside Philly to a legendary (and hilariously failed) Thanksgiving pasta experiment in Rome, they’ve learned that the best meals aren’t always perfect but always bring people closer.
Chef Dylan cut their teeth in restaurants as soon as they could work, hustling from expediter to line cook, opening concepts, building bread programs, and even snagging awards along the way, including Best Pasta of the Main Line while opening Mia Ragazza in Philadelphia. They believe the secret ingredient in any kitchen is connection, the kind forged shoulder-to-shoulder during the rush, where attention becomes magic and meals transform from “just food” into unforgettable experiences.
Rome still holds a special place in Chef Dylan’s heart, but their true culinary obsession might just be the perfect focaccia. So much that they've filled a whole notebook with mad-scientist-style recipe notes in the pursuit of bread bliss.
Outside of the kitchen, Chef Dylan might be carving actual tiny spoons, crafting custom leather knife rolls, or juggling...thanks to a magician dad! They’re also cat-parent to moody Lola and foster human to Wile E. Coyote, a scrappy mutt with main-character energy. And if the kitchen chaos ever hits the fan? You’ll hear their signature rallying cry: “We’re gonna make it!”
