Meet Eric, the personal chef with a flair for the unconventional. He's a self-proclaimed pasta addict and culinary experimenter, always on the lookout for new and exciting flavors to tickle your taste buds.Eric's love for cooking runs deep, and he's not afraid to show it. He's even cooked for some of Wisconsin's finest athletes and coaches. Not to brag, of course.
Growing up in McHenry, Illinois, Eric's dad was the chef of the house, instilling in him a lifelong passion for cooking. He took his talents to culinary school at Madison College, where he honed his skills flipping burgers and grilling steaks… Not exactly the gourmet experience you might expect, but hey, everyone's gotta start somewhere!
But don't let his love for cooking fool you - Eric has a life outside of the kitchen, too. He spends his free time fishing, golfing, playing baseball, and hiking with his dogs, Leila & Dani. And when he's not doing any of that, he's busy planning his next vacation spot. (Seriously, does this guy ever take a break?)
One of Eric's most memorable moments was cooking the food for his cousin's wedding. He spent hours smoking a beef brisket and preparing pulled pork, and everyone there loved the food. But let's be real - the main highlight of the night was Eric's killer dance moves.
