Vinny's culinary roots trace back to the hotel world, where his dad's executive role exposed him to diverse cultures and cuisines during their travels. This love for exploration led him to the Culinary Institute of America in Hyde Park, NY, where he honed his skills and discovered his love for food and wine.

With a career that boasts opening three restaurants, a bar, and a wine shop in New York, Chef Vinny has become an expert at crafting fun and unique menus. From a vegan Indian feast to a pescatarian El Salvadoran menu with Punjabi ingredients, Vinny's culinary prowess knows no bounds.
