Hailing from the great state of New York, Jared holds a lifelong “Official Foodie” card. Really - he has both Culinary and Business degrees, he’s apprenticed in Italy, cooked in Napa, owned a micro-creamery, and all together has had his hands in a bit of everything.

Despite his impressive travel resume (27 countries!), Jared loves spending summers on the water and winters on the slopes, which is the mark of a true New Englander at-heart, if you ask us.

Jared is the conductor that keeps Tiny Spoon Chef heading true North, on schedule.

Beyond technical experience, though, Jared’s most compelling foodie credential is his three-pound Maltese puppy named Béchamel. A lover of Italian food and “anything barbecued with real wood,” it’s safe to assume he’ll pass down his culinary prowess to his two kiddos at home, much like his own mom did for him. And maybe his unicycle skills, too.

Because that’s a thing he can do. Color us impressed.

Let’s see what we can bring to your life.
