Why to Ditch the Mason Jars for Meal Prep

“Mason jars might look pretty, but they squish ingredients, trap moisture, and make it hard to serve,” says Carte. She recommends sticking with glass containers with locking lids — practical, stackable, and ideal for keeping components fresh, separate, and presentation-worthy.
