Chef Isabella B

Chef Isabella finds pure joy in bringing people together through her food. Food, for her, is the magical thread that weaves connections, whether you're family, friends, or even strangers.

Hailing from a small town in northeastern Pennsylvania, Isabella's culinary journey started by bonding with her mom in their family kitchen. Home traditions led her to her first line cook job in high school, where she fell in love with the fast-paced nature of the kitchen. Eventually, her passion for nutrition led her to seek ways to combine her love for cooking with her dedication to health and wellness.

Isabella's impressive credentials include a degree in dietetics and applied culinary nutrition from Johnson & Wales University. She's also a registered nutrition and dietetic technician (NDTR), a testament to her dedication to her profession and her commitment to using food as a tool for wellness.

Some of her most memorable culinary experiences happened in an open kitchen, where the connection between the kitchen and the diners was electric. Seeing people receive, savor, and appreciate her creations was an incredibly gratifying experience.

As for Isabella's culinary preferences, her heart sings for all things flavorful. Savory and garlicky delights are her go-to, but she's also got a sweet spot for the rich, dark allure of dark chocolate.

France holds a special place in her heart, especially the cities of Lyon and Marseille, where she experienced breathtaking beauty and devoured exquisite cuisine. Spain is on her bucket list of places to explore in the future.

Outside the kitchen, Isabella enjoys the great outdoors through hiking, expressing her artistic side through drawing and painting, tuning in to fascinating podcasts, and immersing herself in Boston’s vibrant culture.
