A graduate of Le Cordon Bleu in London, Chef Jennifer's culinary journey took her through the rich tapestry of flavors in the city and beyond. From Michelin-starred restaurants to quaint bakeries and European wine experiences, she absorbed every aspect of the culinary world, becoming a true sponge of gastronomic knowledge.

Chef Jennifer's culinary magic extends beyond the kitchen chaos. A master organizer, she brings order to the culinary symphony without anyone realizing they needed it. The morning kitchen, with its searing meats and the aromatic dance of onions and garlic, is her cozy comfort zone.Some of her most memorable culinary experiences happened in an open kitchen, where the connection between the kitchen and the diners was electric. Seeing people receive, savor, and appreciate her creations was an incredibly gratifying experience.

In a career peppered with highlights, one stands out – cooking for none other than the queen of the kitchen, Julia Child, during her time at L'Espalier in Boston. A dream realized for someone who grew up watching Julia on PBS.

Outside the kitchen, Chef Jennifer is a cheerleader for her boys on the sports field, a beach enthusiast, and a mountain lover, finding solace in both the crashing waves and the serene heights. Italy's siren call, with its promise of back-road adventures and culinary delights, beckons her back.

Her mantra, "We got this!" sums up Chef Jennifer's approach – a delightful blend of confidence, warmth, and a touch of organized chaos. In her world, every meal is an event, and every dish tells a story of love and connection.
