Hi! I'm Chef Antonio!

A little bit about me...

I was born and raised in Baltimore, Maryland, and I see food as more than just sustenance, it’s a way to tell stories, bring people together, and create moments that last. My passion lies in Caribbean and Mexican cuisines, and I believe every dish is a bridge to community and understanding.

One of my proudest moments was cooking at the prestigious Augusta National Golf Tournament, but to me, every person I cook for is just as special. Each meal is an opportunity to create a meaningful connection. In the kitchen, I find freedom and focus, where the sizzle of ingredients and the swirl of aromas become my creative canvas.

Outside of cooking, I write poetry, work on my comic book series, and spend time with the people I love, my biggest inspiration. My motto, “Live for today, tomorrow isn’t promised,” is how I approach both life and cooking: with heart, purpose, and joy.
