Cooking has always been more than food for me. It’s how I show care, tell stories, and bring a little calm into people’s busy days. I love giving my clients that moment when they open the fridge and see something nourishing, beautiful, and made just for them.

I gravitate toward bold, hearty flavors — dishes that warm the heart and make the whole house smell amazing. Think stews, braises, and anything kissed by an open flame.
Every detail matters to me, from the first sizzle of onions and garlic (my favorite sound in the world) to the final sprinkle of salt. I cook with intention, always chasing that perfect balance of comfort and flavor.
These days, I specialize in vibrant Southern-Spanish fusion cuisine and love creating meals that surprise and delight (even picky six-year-olds!). When I’m not cooking, you’ll probably find me on the tennis court, teaching dance, or hanging with my blue-nosed pitbull, Hiram.
I’m here to bring flavor, heart, and a whole lot of fun to your kitchen!
I was born in Peru, and my love for cooking began in my grandmothers’ kitchens. We’d stir pots and swap stories, and I’ll never forget the joy of making my first brownies — chocolate everywhere!
Growing up on a farm surrounded by traditional Peruvian dishes taught me that food is connection. When I moved to the U.S. as a child, I carried those lessons with me. Years later, after working in Chicago’s restaurant scene and alongside some amazing chefs, I found my true calling in personal chef work — creating food that makes people feel cared for.
When I’m not cooking, you can find me at the beach, exploring new places, or flipping through my vinyl collection with something delicious simmering nearby.
And if you ever hear me say, “This is really good, but it needs more salt…” — that’s just me, always fine-tuning the flavor of life.
