Cooking has always been my way of showing care. It’s how I nurture, connect, and bring a little joy into people’s everyday lives. I truly believe there’s something powerful about a home-cooked meal — it has the ability to comfort, excite, and make people feel deeply cared for.

My Style

My cooking style blends classic culinary and pastry techniques with a deep love for modern food trends. I’m endlessly curious and always experimenting — especially when it comes to unexpected flavor combinations. If you’ve ever wondered what would happen if birria tacos met Korean braised short ribs, I’m probably already testing it.

I love food that feels fun, thoughtful, and a little surprising, while still being approachable and comforting. My background gives me the freedom to play with fusion, texture, and balance, and I bring that creativity into every meal I make for my clients.

For me, the greatest reward is nourishing a family and creating food that feels both exciting and grounding.

My Story

I started cooking seriously at just 12 years old. Growing up with a single mom meant that if I didn’t figure out what was for dinner, rotisserie chicken was making another appearance — so I learned quickly how to make meals happen.

I later moved to New York City, where I studied biochemistry and became fascinated by how food works on a molecular level. That curiosity, paired with many hours spent standing in line for $3 dumplings (sorry, Mom), shaped how I think about flavor, technique, and experimentation.

Eventually, I transferred to The Culinary Institute of America in Hyde Park, New York, where my culinary and pastry training expanded exponentially and allowed me to fully merge science, creativity, and technique in the kitchen.

Beyond the Kitchen

When I’m not cooking for friends, family, or clients, you’ll usually find me enjoying live music, wandering through art galleries, or cuddling my cat, Cosmos.

And no matter what I’m cooking, I always come back to the same belief: food is love — and I’m so grateful to share it.

To us, there’s nothing better than pulling up a stool in the kitchen, steeping in solid conversation with someone fab and grabbing a bite of that perfect thing you didn’t know you wanted mingling with your taste buds.
