Growing up in South Africa, I found my love of cooking while making pie crusts with my mother. Out of those meat pies rose a reverence for the culinary arts.
With years of robust restaurant experience, including time with a Michelin Bib Gourmand, I knew my next step was joining the Tiny Spoon Team.
I strive to be an artist of balance, harmony and the occasional taste explosion. I like to navigate the kitchen with vibrant fresh ingredients as my true north!
