As a military brat, my heart found its groove in Omaha, where comfort food became my love language. The culinary rollercoaster officially started at 12 when I turned our kitchen into my culinary playground. Fast forward to a quarter-life crisis, and boom! I'm enrolling in the Metropolitan Community College Culinary Arts program, ready to stir things up.
I've climbed the culinary ladder through corporate catering, scratch kitchens, and fine dining joints. My culinary heart dances to a symphony of flavors—from the spicy beats of Cajun/Creole to the intricate rhythms of Indian cuisine, the chill vibes of Italian, and the fresh beats of Greek dishes.
