Born in Connecticut, raised in New Hampshire and Florida, Chef Adam's culinary journey started as a part-time delivery driver in an Italian restaurant. Within a year, he ascended to the role of sous chef, marking the beginning of a remarkable career.
Partial to all foods, Chef Adam's heart sings for the love of nourishing through diverse cuisines. His culinary mentors, who supported him through challenges, have left an indelible mark on both his cooking and character.
In his illustrious career, Chef Adam has worked at a nuclear power plant, under the renowned Thomas Keller, and alongside Top Chef Season 13 winner Jeremy Ford. The Surf Club in Miami saw his culinary skills in action, catering to celebrities like Jerry Seinfeld, Michael Jordan, Drake, Leonardo DiCaprio, Pitbull, Ivanka Trump, Michael Douglas, Catherine Zeta-Jones, and even the fiery Gordon Ramsay.
Outside the kitchen, Chef Adam finds peace hiking in forests and mountains, away from the hum of modern civilization. When not crafting culinary masterpieces, he spends time with his family, immersing himself in audiobooks, movies, and music.
