Chef Jasmine finds joy in preparing meals that soothe and excite the soul, relishing the moments when diners savor each bite.

Growing up as a military brat, Chef Jasmine found a sense of home in Omaha, where her love for comfort food took root. The culinary journey officially began at the age of 12 in her home kitchen where she cooked for her family, turning a passion into a career during a quarter-life crisis. After enrolling in the Metropolitan Community College Culinary Arts program, she embarked on a journey through corporate catering, scratch kitchens, and fine dining establishments, steadily climbing the culinary ladder.

Her culinary heart beats for a symphony of cultural flavors—from the robust spices of Cajun/Creole dishes to the intricate layers of Indian cuisine, the comforting simplicity of Italian flavors, and the vibrant freshness of Greek dishes.

Chef Jasmine's favorite moments in the kitchen are when she enters the "Zone." It's a space where multiple tasks align seamlessly, and her sense of timing becomes instinctive. Amidst the chaos, there's a sense of calmness and clarity that she cherishes.

Beyond the kitchen, Chef Jasmine has a secret talent—singing. Though shy to sing in public, her friends have complimented her voice. In addition, she volunteers at the Humane Rescue Alliance in DC, showcasing her commitment to community beyond the culinary world.

Chef Jasmine's culinary journey is not just about the dishes; it's about the stories, connections, and love that she brings to every meal.
