Chef Ash brings energy, curiosity, and heart into everything she cooks. For her, food is more than just a meal — it’s a way to connect people, explore culture, and create something meaningful from start to finish.

Born and raised in Miami, Florida, Ash developed an early love for food that only grew stronger over time. After spending more than a decade immersed in Boston’s dynamic food scene, she eventually made her way to Nashville, Tennessee, where she continues to build her culinary path.

Ash has been cooking since childhood — starting with boxed mashed potatoes before quickly leveling up to cookbooks and ambitious, multi-course holiday menus. Culinary school felt like a natural next step, and from there, she’s been creating ever since.

Her career is as diverse as her personality. Ash has worked across restaurants, private and personal cheffing, catering, banquets, and corporate kitchens, including roles with major tech and pharmaceutical companies. No matter the setting, her favorite part remains the same: creating something tangible with her hands and bringing people together through food.

While she appreciates all kinds of cuisine, Ash has a soft spot for the classics done right — especially a perfect chocolate chip cookie: crispy on the edges, gooey in the center, with just the right touch of salt. For her, food is about balance, comfort, and joy — and the ability to turn simple ingredients into something memorable.

Outside the kitchen, Ash stays active and engaged. She’s a gym enthusiast, a book lover, and a self-proclaimed escape room strategist. She enjoys hiking, biking, live music, and spending time with her partner and friends. She’s also a proud dog mom to four pups — two mini dachshunds (Kiwi and Fork), a Spanish greyhound (Sesame), and a boxer (Papa) — and yes, she absolutely has photos ready at all times.
