Born and raised in the vibrant city of Miami, FL, Ash spent over a decade soaking up the food scene in Boston before settling in Nashville, TN. They’ve been cooking since childhood—once they graduated from boxed mashed potatoes (hey, we all start somewhere), they dove headfirst into the world of cookbooks and elaborate 17-page holiday menus. Culinary school was the natural next step; they’ve been creating magic in the kitchen ever since.
Ash’s career is as varied and colorful as their personality. They’ve done it all: restaurants, personal and private cheffing, banquets, catering, and corporate kitchens for major tech and pharmaceutical companies. Their favorite part remains the same through it all—creating something tangible with their hands from start to finish, and connecting with ingredients, flavors, and people.
Outside the kitchen, Ash stays just as busy. They’re a gym enthusiast, a book lover, an escape room strategist, and an active member of their community. They spend their free time hiking, biking, catching live shows, and hanging out with their partner and friends. But let’s not forget their pack of four beloved dogs: two mini dachshunds, Kiwi and Fork; a Spanish greyhound named Sesame; and a boxer named Papa. (Yes, they have pictures. No, they won’t stop talking about them.)
