Chef Doyle

Cooking isn’t just what Chef Doyle does, it’s who he is.

Born and raised in Jamaica, Chef Doyle grew up surrounded by bold Caribbean spices, family traditions, and the kind of soulful comfort food that makes you want to lick the plate clean.

For Doyle, cooking equals joy. This passion lights up his life and explodes in flavor for everyone lucky enough to eat his food. Think: smoky grilled meats, savory stews that hug you from the inside out, and spice blends that transport you straight to the islands.

His culinary journey has taken him from the open waters with Hornblower Cruises, to the kitchens of Le Parker Meridien, to the Executive Chef role at a Harlem hotspot, where he once whipped up a Mother’s Day feast for none other than Chef Marcus Samuelsson and his wife. Oh, and did we mention he once ran the kitchen at a Google retreat? Yeah, this guy knows how to cook for a crowd!

But Chef Doyle isn’t just a chef. He’s also a published author (check out his book, Poetic Reverence), a motivational speaker, and a dad who loves biking, frisbee, and nature walks with his kids. His favorite places? Anywhere in the Caribbean, though Singapore is high on his bucket list.

At the end of the day, Chef Doyle’s kitchen is his “flavor factory,” where every dish is a little bit soulful, a little bit bold, and 100% flavorlicious. .
