Chef Jesse K

Meet Jesse, the chef who lives for that first-bite reaction.

"Heart, miles and miles of heart."

Jesse's not here to play it safe — he's here to introduce you to something new, something bold, something you'll still be thinking about at breakfast the next day. But ask him what kind of food he believes in most, and he'll tell you straight: nothing beats a home-cooked meal, where heart and tradition and real connection come together on the plate.

His culinary story started in high school — the kind of unexpected beginning that quickly turns into a calling. By 16, he was competing and placing in culinary competitions. He went on to earn his way up to sous chef at Ninety Acres in Peapack-Gladstone, leading a team and creating standout dishes, including a signature scallop entrée that guests still ask about.

Jesse thrives in high-energy kitchens and lives for the moment a guest lights up after a bite.

He's cooked for Eli Manning and worked events featuring Bon Jovi — but whether it's a celebrity or a family gathered around the table, his goal is always the same: make it unforgettable.

Outside the kitchen, Jesse's just as interesting. He's an outdoor enthusiast, stays active, and yes — has been known to show off some gymnastics skills. He's also the proud owner of a very unconventional pet crew (think snakes and lizards), because normal just isn't really his thing.

If something's missing from a dish, Jesse will be the first to say it. (It probably needs salt.)
