Food is about infusing your moments with meaning, making memories.

Like when you walk into a house and get slapped in the face with the aroma of sautéed onions and garlic and run to the kitchen to see what’s happening. 

Or that moment in Ratatouille when the food critic takes a bite of the food and is immediately transported to his childhood.

Chef Liz is passionate about bringing people together through food.  She loves learning about people’s cultures and traditions through the ingredients and meals that are part of their memories.

Growing up in New England, Liz has an appreciation for soup season in the Winter, and fresh seafood in the Summer. She’s also spent the past 7 years in Santa Cruz, California learning about fresh local cuisine!

From making family breakfasts as a kid, to baking for her field hockey team in high school and starting her first chef job as a burger shack cook her senior year, Liz has always loved being in the kitchen! 

She graduated from the Culinary Institute of America and is always innovating with sustainable cooking, bread making, baking and pastry, wine pairing, fermenting, smoking, curing, and more!

Whether it’s spending time with her pets, going for a run, or playing board games, Chef Liz has lots to keep her busy when she’s not in the kitchen. 

But she can’t wait to share her award-winning recipes (did someone say lemon basil bread?!) with you, and help create memories and moments of joy in your home through her thoughtful and delicious cooking.
