Chef Patrick, a barbecue enthusiast born in Idaho and raised in Northern Virginia. From server to bartender, line cook to sous chef, executive chef and now personal chef- Patrick has done it all!
When asked what he loves about cooking for others- "Bringing people to a happy place, where they get a few moments of pure joy."
For chef Patrick, the emotions food can bring are the real motivation for his work.
While he's catered for big shots at the Austrian Embassy and served the Washington Commanders, he prefers smaller gatherings with loved ones.
