Chef Quinn is an old soul versed in culinary and pastry techniques. She is obsessed with staying current with ever-changing food trends, and she loves to bring them to life for her clients! Have you ever wanted to combine birria tacos with Korean braised short ribs to create a new food fusion? Quinn is your gal!

Chef Quinn began creating magic in the kitchen at 12, because having a single mom meant if she didn’t figure out what was for dinner, rotisserie chicken was on the menu again!

Chef Quinn’s culinary style is greatly influenced by studying biochemistry in New York City, where she spent more time standing in line for $3 dumplings than studying for exams (sorry, Mom). Transferring to The Culinary Institute of America in Hyde Park, NY allowed her culinary and pastry knowledge to expand exponentially!
