Chef Zac loves that food that brings people together, it’s what truly brings him joy.
Zac always feels all the feels seeing his family enjoy a holiday meal he just cooked.
Growing up in Mt. Pocono, Pennsylvania, it only took about a year in the culinary field for him to realize cooking was his forever passion.
Zac started waiting tables in high school and shortly after he was pulled into the kitchen. He worked his way up and learned under a couple of astonishing chefs.

The smells are the most exciting part of being in the kitchen. He loves walking into a place and trying to guess what smells so good! It’s like a riddle when he walks into the restaurant, trying to cipher the aromas, then asking the Chef if he is right. No prize, but lots of eye-rolling. How fun is that little game?!
Outside the kitchen:
He played sax and bass guitar all through high school! When he isn’t “guessing smells” or flooring clients with his work, he enjoys snowboarding, disc golf, and hiking.
