Courtney McClure, Client Success Specialist

Courtney's philosophy on food and people is simple: listen, connect, and create small moments of joy.

Whether she’s filling lumpia with family, baking with friends, or serving up love on a plate, Courtney believes food is best when it brings people closer together.

Growing up all across the Southwest, Florida to Texas to New Mexico, she got a front-row seat to diverse flavors, big family meals, and the kind of food memories that stick forever.

Her earliest culinary training? Mom, a kitchen knife, and reruns of Good Eats with Alton Brown. By age 8, she was already julienning veggies. Ever since, the kitchen has been her happy place.

Courtney isn’t just a kitchen queen. She’s also a corporate powerhouse. She’s managed clients across nearly every U.S. state (Alaska to Florida, Hawaii being the one holdout) and even assisted in creating a Hollywood virtual tour at Hillside Memorial Park that highlighted legends like Leonard Nimoy and Moe Howard. She knows how to keep plates spinning (literally and figuratively) and loves turning big, complex projects into seamless, memorable experiences.

When she’s off the clock, her creativity doesn’t quit. She paints, sketches, and even dabbles in animation, crediting her skills to Richard Williams and Burne Hogarth. And if her hands aren’t full of brushes or yarn, you can find her cuddling her two cats, Gumshoe and Maya.

Travel? Oh, she’s got big plans. One day she’ll eat her way through every prefecture in Japan, savoring the local dishes from Hokkaido to Okinawa. Until then, you can usually find her hopping a train to New York City with her fiancé and asking the important question of, “You gonna finish that?”.
