Erica Tremaine, Client Success Manager

Get to know one of the wonderful people who helps make the Tiny Spoon Chef experience so special!

With a career that took her from Customer Service Representative to M2 Manager at a billion-dollar company in just five years, she brings a wealth of experience, a knack for problem-solving, and a genuine love of connecting with people. Her favorite part of customer service is hearing people’s stories, understanding what makes them tick, and finding ways to make their experience a little better. Her motto says it all: “We’ll make it work!”

A Jersey girl through and through, she grew up in Lebanon Township, New Jersey, where her love of food and family began. Italian food will always have her heart—especially a pot of Sunday sauce simmering on the stove. Her journey into cooking started with a memorable chicken parm disaster involving American cheese and corn flakes, which inspired her to learn how to make the simple, homestyle meals she now loves sharing with her family.

Today, the kitchen remains one of her favorite places to be. The smell of chocolate chip cookies, sautéed garlic and onions, and the vintage aprons she collects all bring her back to watching her Nannie cook at Christmas. For her, the kitchen is about more than food—it’s about warmth, nostalgia, and gathering around the table.

When she’s not working, she’s spending time with Hazel, her 9-year-old German Shepherd, traveling, or enjoying her favorite ’90s classic, Jurassic Park. She has a particular soft spot for Big Sky, Montana, and Las Vegas, and considers Mexico City the best food city she’s ever visited. She even unknowingly tried taco de lengua there—and it just might have changed her life!

With her warmth, curiosity, and “we’ll make it work” attitude, she brings a genuine love of people and connection to everything she does.
