Chef Jeremy has followed his eclectic love for food all up and down the eastern seaboard. After Johnson & Wales culinary school in Rhode Island, Chef Jeremy pursued his love for all things food in Tapas restaurants, high end steak houses, and even nose to tail butcher shops!

No matter what that tummy is craving, he can deliver! 

Chef Jeremy got his start as a part-time prep cook at a local seafood restaurant and was instantly inspired by the drive of the kitchen atmosphere. Who doesn’t love cooking fresh from the ocean foods, right? In addition to his love of seafood, Chef Jeremy’s favorite palette cleansers are short ribs and a classic PB&J (with creamy Skippy of course).

Outside the kitchen, he can be found practicing his Brazilian Jiu Jitsu skills, paddle-boarding and lovingly torturing his daughter with his love of Punk music. He has soft spots for Rancid, the Misfits, and the Dead Milkmen!

Chef Jeremy has a secret love for drawing and his family recently adopted a stunning pit-rat terrier mix named Gracie. We all know the Tiny Spoon Chef team are suckers for furry family members! 

Just don’t ask Chef Jeremy to pick a favorite food, he’ll probably put you in an arm bar!
