Pasta, risotto, fresh bread, basically anything Italian makes Roxy's heart sing. But her true culinary bragging rights? Perfecting her Cuban mom’s arroz con pollo until it became the family standard. (She’ll admit it with a grin: “Sorry, Mom, but mine wins.”)

 

For Roxy, cooking feels like casting a spell—every recipe a potion, every finished dish a little everyday magic.
That love for creating experiences carries over to her work. Before Tiny Spoon Chef, she planned events so epic she literally shut down Disney’s Animal Kingdom for a 400-person company party (complete with a dance floor under the stars). Whether wrangling executives or making sure every last detail sparkles, she thrives on helping people feel taken care of, because to her, the best memories are the ones where everyone gets to relax and enjoy themselves.

When she’s not behind the scenes making things happen, you’ll find her poolside with a good book, screaming the lyrics at a concert, or crafting up something Pinterest-worthy (she even ran her own Etsy shop on the side). She’s also dog-mom to Pixie, her sassy little morkie who thinks she runs the house.

Her life motto? Wake up and live.” Which explains everything from her bold energy in the office to her fearless approach in life. Around here, she’s proof that a little organization, a little magic, and a lot of personality go a long way.
