Hi! I'm Chef Chase F!

At the heart of his cooking is a simple idea: food should make people happy.

What I love most about cooking is being able to bring joy and comfort to people through food. There’s something special about putting a dish in front of someone and seeing their reaction. Food has a way of bringing people together, creating memories, and making people feel at home, and that’s what I love most about it.

I grew up in Brooklyn, New York, and I’ve always been around food. My family played a huge role in developing my love for cooking. Food was a big part of every family gathering, and there was always something cooking, people eating, talking, laughing, and just enjoying being together. I saw how much happiness food could bring to people, and I think that’s where my desire to create that same feeling for others really came from.

Some of his earliest and most meaningful cooking memories come from being in the kitchen with his mother. She taught him many of the recipes and techniques he still carries with him today. More than anything, she taught him how to cook — how to watch, taste, adjust, and understand what was happening in the pan rather than simply following a recipe. Those lessons became the foundation of his cooking and continue to influence him today.

When he’s not cooking, he enjoys checking out new restaurants, spending time with friends, watching sports, and occasionally getting lost in a video game. He also has a Goldendoodle named Voltron, who keeps him company when he’s away from the restaurant world.

My Style

I enjoy cooking all different types of cuisine. I’m especially comfortable with Caribbean cooking because that’s a big part of my background. One of his favorite places in the world is Jamaica, a place that connects with his appreciation for Caribbean culture, food, and hospitality. I love exploring different cuisines, learning about the culture behind the food, and understanding what makes each dish special. I think there’s always something new to learn in the kitchen. Japan is high on his list of places he’d love to visit next. He’s fascinated by Japanese food culture and the precision, respect for ingredients, and attention to detail that define so much of the cuisine.

Chef day is such a relief.

"The fridge is stocked, and all we have to do is eat gorgeous healthy food and enjoy each other’s company."

Our focus is weekly meal service for you and your family.

At Tiny Spoon, we spend a lot of time talking about relationships because we think that’s where the “special sauce” is. To us, there’s nothing better than pulling up a stool in the kitchen, steeping in solid conversation with someone fab and grabbing a bite of that perfect thing you didn’t know you wanted mingling with your taste buds.

Our passion for our clients goes beyond just knowing what soup or salad you’d most like!

What are we getting at here? YOU are our "why".

Every day, every move, every decision revolves around our Tiny Spoon family.
