I’ve always loved food — not just eating it, but creating it. Cooking is how I connect with people, explore new ideas, and turn something simple into something meaningful.
I grew up in Miami, spent over a decade in Boston, and now call Nashville home. Each place has shaped how I cook — pulling from different flavors, cultures, and experiences along the way.
I’ve been in the kitchen since I was a kid (starting with boxed mashed potatoes — we all have to start somewhere). From there, I dove into cookbooks and started creating full holiday menus just for fun. Culinary school was the natural next step, and I’ve been cooking professionally ever since.
My experience spans restaurants, private cheffing, catering, banquets, and corporate kitchens, and what I love most hasn’t changed: creating something with my hands from start to finish and seeing how it brings people together.
At the core of my cooking is balance — comfort and creativity, familiarity and something new. I love a perfectly executed classic (especially a chocolate chip cookie that’s crispy, gooey, and just a little salty), but I also love exploring flavors and pushing dishes just enough to make them memorable.

At Tiny Spoon, we spend a lot of time talking about relationships because we think that’s where the “special sauce” is. To us, there’s nothing better than pulling up a stool in the kitchen, steeping in solid conversation with someone fab and grabbing a bite of that perfect thing you didn’t know you wanted mingling with your taste buds.
