My love for cooking started on Saturday mornings with my grandma. She handed me a bowl, a fork, and pancake batter — that was it. No fancy tools, just the basics. I still whisk my pancakes with a fork to this day. Those early mornings in her kitchen became my safe space, and that feeling is what turned my childhood hobby into the career I love.

My cooking style is bold, vibrant, and full of personality — just like the Latin American and Mediterranean flavors I can’t live without. I also have a deep love for curing meats. Early in my career, I learned how to debone whole pigs and create house-made sausages and pâtés. There’s something grounding about the craft, and it’s where I feel the most calm, confident, and — honestly — a little cocky (in the best way).
When I turned 19, I packed my bags and moved to Málaga, Spain to start my culinary journey — no fear, just determination. Since then, I’ve been lucky enough to cook for Rihanna, Leonardo DiCaprio, and Martha Stewart (yes, those names still make me do a double take). I’ve also worked behind the scenes at The Four Seasons Hotel, where I fell head-over-heels for private dining and event catering. Eventually, I made my dream come true by becoming an Executive Chef in the heart of New York City.
When I’m not in the kitchen, you can find me exploring NYC’s food scene, hitting karaoke with friends, or studying at what I like to call “Podcast School” because my curiosity never stops. My dream trips? Greece and Italy — give me fresh pasta, seaside views, and bold local flavors any day.
