I’m born and raised in Chicago with Southern roots from Mississippi and New Orleans, which means soulful, bold flavors are in my DNA.
I made a major life pivot from fixing ATMs to crafting homemade French loaves, and I’ve never looked back.
These days, I specialize in vibrant Southern-Spanish fusion cuisine and love creating meals that surprise and delight (even picky six-year-olds!). When I’m not cooking, you’ll probably find me on the tennis court, teaching dance, or hanging with my blue-nosed pitbull, Hiram.
I’m here to bring flavor, heart, and a whole lot of fun to your kitchen!
