Hi! I'm Chef Jesse K!

I'm a chef who loves pushing boundaries — but who also believes, deep down, that nothing beats a home-cooked meal made with real heart. I got into cooking in high school almost by accident, but it became a calling fast. By 16, I was competing. By my early career, I was sous chef at Ninety Acres in Peapack-Gladstone, leading a kitchen team and creating dishes that guests still talk about — including a scallop entrée that became something of a signature.

My Style

My food is bold and creative. I love introducing people to new dishes and flavors, especially when I get to watch that first-bite reaction happen in real time. If I can make you taste something you've never tasted before — and make you feel at home while doing it — I'm doing exactly what I set out to do.

My Story

I competed in culinary competitions as a teenager, placing second in multiple categories before I even knew what my path would look like. The kitchen found me young and I've never looked back. Working at Ninety Acres shaped me into the chef I am — it taught me what it means to lead a team, hold a standard, and pour real care into every plate. I've cooked for names like Eli Manning and worked events featuring Bon Jovi, but honestly? Every table deserves that same energy.

Beyond the Kitchen

When I'm not cooking, you'll find me outdoors, staying active, or occasionally reminding people that I can do gymnastics (yes, really). I also share my home with a pretty unconventional pet crew — snakes, lizards, the works. Normal just isn't really my style.
