That's my mantra — and I mean it. Whatever you need, whatever comes up, everything is figure-out-able. I'm here to make your Tiny Spoon experience feel completely effortless, and I'll probably make you laugh along the way.
I grew up in Virginia Beach with a deep love for all things carb-forward — pasta, bread, and Italian arancini (fried risotto, people — yes, please). I also happen to have a nose for ingredients that most people find slightly unnerving. I can sniff out what's in a dish with impressive accuracy. It's a gift. I've learned to embrace it.
Baking bread is my ultimate reset. There's something about the smell of a fresh loaf filling the whole house that nothing else quite competes with.
I also grow a lot of my own ingredients — three aeroponic towers in my sunroom, turning out herbs and tomatoes like it's nothing. Someday I'll make it to Italy to eat my way through the real thing. Until then, you'll find me at my favorite local tapas spot, working through the small plates menu.
I share my home with my husband, our son Noah, two cats named Jack and Jingles, and a trio of Nigerian Dwarf Goats — Pearl, Marble, and Lenny (named after John Lennon, naturally, and practically a rock star in his own right). Life is wonderfully chaotic and I wouldn't change a thing.
