BBQ Loving Pats fan & Marathon Runner
Being in the kitchen is my creative outlet. I’ve been cooking since childhood, and even through my (gasp*) awkward teen years, where I would binge watch the cooking network, and plough through cookbooks cover to cover.
Give me 5 ingredients, a knife, and a cutting board and I’ll make you something delicious.
My first culinary influence was my Grandmother, known for her meatballs and gravy. I remember her teaching me how to make them, using fresh garlic, and wetting our hands in cold water between each one. #detailmatters.
