I grew up in a very small town in northeastern PA. I started baking in the kitchen with my mom when I was young and it’s something we love doing together to this day! I got my first line cook job in high school and loved the fast-paced nature of the kitchen. I ended up developing a passion for nutrition and started searching for a way to combine the two!
I graduated with a degree in dietetics and applied culinary nutrition from JW University! I also passed a national exam so I’m a registered nutrition and dietetic technician (NDTR). I love being a nutrition professional and sharing that with people through the food I cook!
What are some of my food preferences? Anything savory & garlicky with lots of flavor is right up my alley! I also have a sweet tooth for anything dark chocolate. But who doesn’t, right?!
