A proud graduate of Le Cordon Bleu in London, my culinary journey has taken me from Michelin-starred joints to cozy bakeries, soaking in every flavor along the way.
I'm not just a chaos creator in the kitchen; I'm a master organizer, adding my touch to the culinary symphony without anyone realizing they needed it.
Those early mornings in the kitchen, with searing meats and the aromatic dance of onions and garlic, are my cozy comfort zone. Some of my fondest memories involve open kitchens, where the connection between the kitchen and patrons was electric. Seeing people savor and appreciate my creations. Pure joy.
Beyond the kitchen chaos, I'm a cheerleader for my sports-loving boys, a beach bum, and a mountain enthusiast. Italy's siren call, with its promise of back-road adventures and culinary delights, keeps pulling me back.
