I got my start as a part-time prep cook at a local seafood restaurant and was instantly inspired by the drive of the kitchen atmosphere. Who doesn’t love cooking fresh from the ocean foods, right
I’ve has followed my eclectic love for food all up and down the eastern seaboard.
After Johnson & Wales culinary school in Rhode Island, I pursued my love for all things food in Tapas restaurants, high end steak houses, and even nose to tail butcher shops!
