Having grown up in Madison WI, cheese is a big part of my life. Can you blame me?
I started my culinary journey in an all-scratch kitchen in Madison where I learned everything from breaking down whole pigs and curing own bacon & ham, to scratch sourdough english muffins, buns, & focaccia.
The kitchen is *chef's kiss* home. There's nothing better than being in the kitchen - why do you think that's where everyone gathers during a house party?!
Fun fact: I make the best hollandaise sauce ever. I am happy to prove it to you.
